Great Cedar Showroom at Foxwoods Customers Reviews
Fun show. Some variety. Nikki's set a bit too long?
We definitely enjoyed the show. There was QUITE a line to get into the theater due to COVID vaccine card checks - but it went quickly. The opening acts were entertaining - particularly the musician who added much-needed variety to the show. I really, really loved her down-to-earth story and beautiful voice.
Nikki was funny, but IMO she suffers from Howard Stern syndrome, where she will spend a very long time milking a shock joke. She's much better when she moves at her usual fast pace with her quick, shock interludes. In general, her act was a bit long. Right as I was thinking I'd like to leave early, my wife leaned over to me and said "Hey, do you want to beat the crowd?" It's nice that my wife and I are on the same page but I think this speaks to the length of her act. It's not like we didn't expect her to do what she does best and talk about sex the entire time, but you can only do that for so long without boring anyone over 25.
Still an excellent show and a worthwhile centerpiece to a night out.
